"Feels like a purchase I can feel good about"
I really appreciate that Equal Exchange seems to genuinely care about fair trade and the environment, instead of just using it as marketing. The packaging was nice and minimal too, which I’m grateful for. I’m giving it 4 stars because I would love to see a little more information about the delivery impact, but overall it feels like a thoughtful, better choice.

"Great co-op concept, but shipping was a surprise"
I really like the whole co-op idea and wanted to support it, but the shipping cost felt steep. What annoyed me most was that it wasn’t communicated very clearly upfront, so I only really noticed it late in the process. I still like what they’re trying to do, but I wish the pricing and shipping details were easier to understand from the start.

"Good communication overall"
I was feeling a little impatient waiting for my order, but they did a good job keeping me updated about where things stood and when it would ship. One of the updates came a bit later than I was hoping, but overall the communication was clear and helpful.

I do like their organic coffee and chocolate overall. Maybe it’s just me being fussy, or maybe I caught a couple off batches, but sometimes the flavor tastes a little flat compared to other times. Still decent and I’ll probably keep buying it, I just wish the quality was a bit more consistent.

"Good Coffee, Finally Without the Usual Nonsense"
I like that they work directly with small farmers, because it makes you wonder why more coffee companies don’t do the same. It shouldn’t be that hard to support the people actually growing the coffee. On top of that, the coffee tastes good, so this was an easy buy for me.

I ordered coffee from Equal Exchange and felt relieved when it arrived in good shape. The outer box was a little dented on one side, which made me nervous at first, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. The coffee bags were sealed really well and were easy to put away and store. The packaging isn’t super fancy or anything, but it definitely gets the job done. I’d happily give it 5 stars if the outside box felt a bit sturdier.

I’ve ordered from Equal Exchange a handful of times now, and it’s been a steady experience. Most of my packages show up around when they’re supposed to, and so far nothing has arrived damaged, which I definitely appreciate. One order did take a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’d say they’re reliable and I’d order again.

"Good coffee, and it feels like they actually mean it"
I’ve been buying Equal Exchange coffee for a bit, and what I like is that the whole fair trade thing doesn’t feel like just some sticker on the bag. Like, it seems baked into what they do, if that makes sense. The coffee itself is solid too, so it’s not just buying it to feel better about where it came from. The price is a little higher than some other stuff, but honestly... yeah, I kind of get why.

I’ve been happy with the tea from Equal Exchange. It tastes fresh to me and doesn’t have that bitter edge some teas can get. The black tea has been my favorite so far, though I keep wondering if maybe I just prefer stronger flavors in general. Some of the other flavors feel a little too light for my taste, which is why I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5. Still, overall, I’ve enjoyed it...

"Pretty easy office coffee order"
I order coffee in bulk for our small office, and using equalexchange was simple. The site was easy to navigate, and I liked that I didn’t have to keep adding the same items over and over. Shipping was fine, the boxes showed up well packed, and we’re stocked for a while now. My only regret is not trying them sooner because it would’ve saved me some hassle. I’ll definitely use them again

"Shipping was fine, but also kind of annoying"
My order showed up in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. At the same time, the shipping felt slower than it should’ve been, and the tracking barely updated, which was frustrating. I kept wondering if it was stuck somewhere, but then it arrived and everything was packed really well. So overall, not a bad experience, but not exactly great either. Just okay, honestly

I’ve ordered a few times now, and I have to say I do like that the packaging is recyclable. I’m usually a little skeptical when brands make a big deal about being eco-friendly, but this has been straightforward, nothing fancy, nothing overly wasteful, just simple packaging that’s easy to deal with. It does make me feel a bit better about ordering online

I ordered a couple bags of coffee from Equal Exchange and overall I was happy with it. The bags showed up smelling really fresh, and the roast date was recent enough that I didn’t feel like I was getting old coffee or anything. The flavor was smooth too, not stale or flat, which is the main thing I was hoping for. "Order was right, packing slip threw me off a bit"
I grabbed a few bags of coffee and some chocolate from Equal Exchange, everything showed up like it was supposed to. The counts were right too, which I always check because I’ve definitely had orders from other places come with random mix-ups. The packing slip confused me for a minute, though, like I had to look at it twice — but the actual stuff in the box was all correct. Coffee looks good, chocolate too, so yeah, I’d order again.
